The Chef Tasting Menu is designed for two guests.

A crispyshell made with fine bulgurand spices, filled with sautéed ground beef, caramelized onions, walnuts, and a mild spice blend.
Entrees
A chargrilled selection of tender chicken shish, Adana kebab, and lamb shish, served with grilled vegetables.
Bell peppers filled with spiced beef, rice, and herbs.
